Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales helps sellers
A salesperson working on a lead for a potential customer can use Copilot with Dynamics 365 Sales to summarize the customer’s needs and pain points and derive relevant information from the customer’s company website. The customer’s previous interactions with the company can also be summarized and suggested as talking points for an upcoming meeting.
Copilot can identify patterns and trends, such as which products are selling well, which customers are most likely to close, and from which area. This could be used to analyze the sales pipeline. Microsoft uses Azure OpenAI to build the copilot module.
