The users should have either of the roles that are shipped along the Attach2Dynamics solution to use Attach2Dynamics.
Two new security roles, particularly for Attach2Dynamics, come along with the solution.
- Attach2Dynamics Administrator – The Attach2Dynamics Administrator is given the privilege to create and modify Entity Configurations and Connector Entity records.
- Attach2Dynamics User – User assigned as Attach2Dynamics User can upload the Attachments along with Attach2Dynamics Administrator. Attach2Dynamics User cannot create Entity Configurations or Connector records.
