We used this to build a subscription center to users can get email alerts when certain events happen within the CRM. We have quite a few Inogic solutions. Alerts, Maplytics and Map My Relationships. They all work really well for our needs. But what makes Inogic stand out, is their support. Any issues or even just feature suggestions get a response within 1 business day and they are very open to improving their products based on our feedback. Sometimes a new feature even gets delivered just some weeks after suggesting it. Quite impressive!
The product itself is great if it is configured correctly. We started use this product because the previous MS partner brought this over with little knowledge transfer. Inogic helped us to bring it to a working state. Great customer service from the team, quick response too.
