We have been using for some months WhatsApp4Dynamics. It was the kind of solution we needed, with a tight integration with the CRM. It offers many useful features and they keep evolving the application very quickly. We have hundreds of whatsapps received daily and we have been able to work with it since minute one, with a quick learning curve. But the thing that I must highlight, is the fantastic support they have provided. We have made many customizations, power automates and processes to work with Whatsapp4Dynamics and in the process we have had many issues and doubts. The support team has been incredibly responsive here, either providing guides on how to set up some stuff, or helping whenever we found bugs on the applications, which they committed to solve and delivered every single promise on time. Spent many calls with them for troubleshooting, with the team always willing to go the extra mile. And I\u00b4m the annoying kind, that finds and contact about any detail I find, whether is an error or a doubt. I cannot recommend this enough. We are actively using the Map My Relationships App in our CRM to visualize usefull information in one comprehensive visual. It allows our users to easily get a first impression about our the relationship that we have with a specific Company or Contact. We originally utilised Click2Clone to fast track creation of Opportunity Quote in Dynamics CRM by copying from previously created quotes. The Kanban add-on for Dynamics 365 is an excellent tool that offers a visual drag-and-drop interface that allows users to easily organize opportunities through different stages. We picked this add-on mainly because it is way more customizable than Microsofts out of the box Kanban view. I actually don't interact with the tools directly very much because Inogic has integrated the solution more directly such that it is engaged automatically. The package has never failed to deliver. We are using it in multiple areas to automatically generate a document into a PDF and either send an email automatically or bring the email up on screen for the user to complete. Inogic is a great developer to work with. We conduct most of our communication with them via email. The communication is clear and organized, and therefore efficient. We used this to build a subscription center to users can get email alerts when certain events happen within the CRM. We have quite a few Inogic solutions. Alerts, Maplytics and Map My Relationships. They all work really well for our needs. But what makes Inogic stand out, is their support.
