Everything was working well except for one View that was unable to Load and was throwing an error as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Unable-to-Load-View-in-Dynamic-365-11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6264 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Unable-to-Load-View-in-Dynamic-365-11.jpg\" alt=\"Unable to Load View in Dynamic 365 1\" width=\"551\" height=\"256\" \/><\/a>We downloaded the error details by clicking on the <strong><em>\u2018Download Log File\u2019<\/em><\/strong> button, and found the exact error message;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2018Condition for attribute &#8216;serviceappointment.activityid&#8217;: null is not a valid value for an attribute. Use &#8216;Null&#8217; or &#8216;NotNull&#8217; conditions instead.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We researched this issue and found that one of the Party List fields was present in the View Columns and hence, it was throwing the error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Party List field was present on the Parent entity of our current entity view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In our case, the name of the current entity was <strong><em>\u2018Expense\u2019 (a custom entity)<\/em><\/strong> and the Parent entity was <strong><em>\u2018Service Activity\u2019 (an OOB entity)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The relationship of both the entities is as shown below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Unable-to-Load-View-in-Dynamic-365-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6262 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Unable-to-Load-View-in-Dynamic-365-2.jpg\" alt=\"Unable to Load View in Dynamic 365\" width=\"561\" height=\"90\" \/><\/a>Our View was created for <strong><em>\u2018Expense\u2019,<\/em><\/strong> and this view was showing some fields of the <strong><em>\u2018Service Activity\u2019,<\/em><\/strong> including Party List type field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, we removed the Party List type field from the View columns to resolve the issue. We were now able to see records from the View.
