The new release has remarkable new features and upgrades to make your geo-analytics within Dynamics 365 more efficient!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our core focus for this release was to refine and add new robust features to make Maplytics even more user-friendly and help the user to get more done right on the map within Dynamics 365. The new release enables every Dynamics CRM users to be in control of how they want Maplytics to work and comes with features that allow the users to personalize Maplytics based on their preferences, do more with the data plotted on the map, get more information on the map for better analytics,\u00a0 control how the plotted data is represented for enhanced visual analysis, and more!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have highlighted some of our favorite new features and upgrades that will help Maplytics users to get more done within Dynamics 365;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/maplytics-map-configuration-personalize-maplytics-as-per-your-preference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Personalize Maplytics as per your preference with user level \u2018Map Configuration\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Previously the Map Configuration was applied on the Organization Level, but with the new release, we have made this configuration available on a User Level and have added few more settings for further customization! Users can now define the\u00a0<em><strong>Map Center and Zoom Level<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0they want to see by default on loading the map. Users can also specify the\u00a0<em><strong>Heat Map type<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em><strong>Current Location<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0based on their individual preferences!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/mass-actions-dynamics-crm-data-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Do more with the data plotted on the map with \u2018Mass Actions\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mass Actions enable users to perform actions like\u00a0<em>Adding to Route<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>Executing a Workflow<\/em>\u00a0on the selected records in the grid. The new release incorporates new\u00a0<strong><em>\u2018Mass Actions\u2019<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to allow users to do more with the Dynamics CRM data plotted on the map. Previously there were three\u00a0<em>Mass Actions<\/em>\u00a0available namely\u00a0<strong><em>Save Data<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Change Owner<\/em><\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong><em>Export to Excel<\/em><\/strong>. With the new release, we have added\u00a0<strong><em>SIX<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0new\u00a0<em>Mass Actions<\/em>\u00a0namely\u00a0<strong><em>Add to Route<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Manage Territory<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Add Task<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Schedule Appointment<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Send Email<\/em><\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong><em>Execute Workflow<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to allow users to get more done with the Dynamics CRM data plotted on the map.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/summary-card-get-aggregated-information-for-any-enclosed-area-on-the-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Get aggregate information for any enclosed area on the map with \u2018Summary Card\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">The new release incorporates\u00a0<strong><em>Summary Card<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>feature allowing users to get summarized\/aggregate information for any enclosed area on the map like potential revenue. By getting the summarized information of any enclosed region on the map, users can quickly analyze and devise their strategy for that particular region!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/tooltip-card-actions-perform-quick-actions-map-within-dynamics-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quickly perform actions you use the most with \u2018Customizable Tooltip Card\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">With the new release, performing quick actions that user use the most in Dynamics CRM is quite easy with\u00a0<strong><em>customizable Tooltip Card Actions<\/em><\/strong>. The user can now customize the quick call to action buttons on the Tooltip card and get the actions you need most, just a click away!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/customizable-pushpins-easily-visualize-on-a-map-within-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Easy visual analysis on the Map with \u2018Customizable Pushpins\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">The new release comes with the new\u00a0<strong><em>Customizable Pushpins<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for easy visual analysis on the map within Dynamics CRM. This feature allows users to customize the shape and color of the pushpin for different Entity Category and Entity Views.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>6. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/heat-map-know-your-business-geographically-on-a-map-within-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know your business geographically with the new and improved \u2018Heat Map\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">With the new release, we have\u00a0<strong><em>improved Heat Map<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and added a\u00a0<strong><em>new No Boundary visualization<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to allow users to create a Heat Map based on the density of the measure and analyze their data covering the whole geographical spread. We have also added the\u00a0<strong><em>Category Filter\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>to help users to quickly filter the data while creating a Heat Map in Dynamics CRM.
