There may be situations where we need to test the process for multiple users with different security roles. In this blog, we will show you how\u00a0to add or remove users from the sandbox environment of Dynamics CRM Online.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Steps to Add\/Remove Users from Sandbox Instance:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1<\/strong>. Login to Office 365 and go to the Admin Center as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5996\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-1.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"749\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. If your organization is using Dynamics 365, then navigate to the left pane, go to <strong><em>Admin Center&gt; Dynamics 365<\/em><\/strong>. Otherwise, you can get the old view of Admin Center using the <strong><em>\u2018Go to the old admin center\u2019<\/em><\/strong> option as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5998\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-3.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"752\" height=\"221\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Select the sandbox instance of your organization and click on the <strong><em>\u2018Edit\u2019<\/em><\/strong> button as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5999\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-4.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"750\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>4<\/strong>. Once you click on the edit button, you will be taken to the edit instance page where it specifies the Security Group used by this, In this case, the Security Group <strong>\u2018CRM Admins\u2019<\/strong> is selected for the sandbox instance as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-5.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"747\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>5<\/strong>. The members added to this group can login to CRM sandbox instance and use it. To add a user to this group, go to <strong><em>Admin Center &gt; Groups <\/em><\/strong>as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6001\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-6.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"748\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>6<\/strong>. Here you have the option to <strong><em>\u2018Edit\u2019<\/em><\/strong> the group to add new Members as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6002\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Sandbox-instance-in-Dynamics-CRM-7.jpg\" alt=\"Sandbox instance in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"747\" height=\"302\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>7<\/strong>. Now click on \u2018Add Members\u2019 to add users to this group. Any user can be added or removed from the group.
