Some of the feature enhancements use the on device hardware to offer a refined experience to the user. One such feature enhancement is in the Notes on the Dynamics 365 Mobile and Tablet Client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previously the user was able to add files available on the device as an attachment in the Dynamics CRM mobile and tablet client. With the new feature enhancements to Notes that uses the device hardware, the user can add Photo, Video, or Audio in the Notes on the Dynamics 365 mobile and tablet client using the phone camera and microphone! However, on the Dynamics 365 web client, the user can only add attachments in Notes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Features added to Notes in Dynamics 365 Mobile and Tablet App:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>We can see the notes in <strong><em>in-line view<\/em><\/strong> format when viewing a form in Dynamics 365 mobile app;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5631 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets-1.jpg\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 for Phones and Tablets\" width=\"311\" height=\"537\" \/><\/a>2. We can see the <strong><em>preview of the attached images<\/em><\/strong> within the page. No need to open the images individually like on the Dynamics 365 Web client;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5632 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets2.jpg\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 for Phones and Tablets\" width=\"286\" height=\"494\" \/><\/a>3. We can add a photo, audio, and video recordings to notes using the button available on the add note screen on the Dynamics 365 Mobile and Tablet app. This functionality uses the on-device camera and microphone;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5633 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets-3.jpg\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 for Phones and Tablets\" width=\"283\" height=\"488\" \/><\/a>4. If you are unable to see these three buttons on the Dynamics 365 Mobile and Tablet app, you need to configure the app by following the steps mentioned below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px; text-align: justify;\">a. On the home screen of Dynamics 365 Mobile and Tablet app, click on three ellipsis button at the bottom to get a list of options as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px; text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dynamics-365-for-Phones-and-Tablets-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5640 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Untitled.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 for Phones and Tablets 5\" width=\"249\" height=\"433\" \/><\/a>b.
