Issue:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, while moving an Action from Dev environment to the Production environment through solutions, we faced an issue of \u201cResource not found<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Though the action seems to be imported successfully, it didn\u2019t appear to work and was showing the mentioned error.<\/p>\n

Cause:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further investigating the issue, we came to know the reason behind it.<\/p>\n

We had created the Action named \u201cApproveAgreement\u201d in the solution whose Publisher was IKL with prefix \u201cikl\u201d as shown below:<\/p>\n

In that solution, we added the action as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n

Now we had to move this action to the UAT environment. So, we created a new solution \u201cMoveSolution<\/strong>\u201d whose Publisher was the \u201cDefault Publisher\u201d with the Prefix as \u201cnew.\u201d<\/p>\n

When we imported the solution into the UAT Environment, the action was imported successfully. However, the unique name changed from \u201cikl_ApproveAgreement\u201d to \u201cnew_ApproveAgreement\u201d as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n

And this was the reason our working had stopped, and we were receiving \u201cResource not found<\/strong>\u201d error.<\/p>\n

Fix:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make sure that the Publisher while exporting the solution has the same prefix as that was used at the time of creating and publishing the action.<\/p>\n
