The combination is powerful, transforming sophisticated event data into actionable insights\u2014making it simpler to spot inefficiencies, track performance, and drive ongoing improvement, all in a familiar, collaborative analytics setting.<\/p>\n<p>In order to customize process mining reports in Power BI, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Register Process Mining principle in azure active directory.<\/li>\n<li>Set up required principal settings in Microsoft fabrics.<\/li>\n<li>Add the configured service principal to the necessary Power BI workspace to enable access and integration.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the process analytics report into the needed Power BI workspace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Step 1: Register Process Mining principle in Azure Active Directory.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign in to the Azure portal i.e., <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.azure.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/portal.azure.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once Azure portal is opened, search for &#8216;Microsoft Entra ID&#8217; into the search bar, then right-click and choose &#8216;Run as administrator&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>When the PowerShell window opens with administrator privileges, type the following command and press Enter:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Install-Module AzureAD.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When prompted for confirmation, typ<strong>e Y<\/strong> and press Enter to proceed with the installation.<\/li>\n<li>To initiate a connection to your Azure account, run the command Connect-AzureAD, then follow the prompts to sign in.<\/li>\n<li>Validate that you&#8217;re signed in.<\/li>\n<li>Next, copy the below command and add required AppId and Name:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0New-AzureADServicePrincipal -AppId \u2018App ID\u2019-DisplayName \u2018Name\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check if the principle is registered. If not and an error is received showing service principle is already registered then type below commands:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p># First, get the Service Principal:<\/p>\n<p>$sp = Get-AzureADServicePrincipal -Filter &#8220;AppId eq &#8216;dad3c6de-ed58-42ef-989f-9c0303aaeedc&#8217;<\/p>\n<p># Then update the Display Name:<\/p>\n<p>Set-AzureADServicePrincipal -ObjectId $sp.ObjectId -DisplayName &#8220;Process Insights Prod&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now, the process mining principle will be registered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Step 2: Set up the required principal settings in Microsoft fabrics.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign in to Microsoft Power BI, i.e., <a href=\"https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Open the Settings menu and click on Admin Portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41262\" analytics report to the designated Power BI workspace<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Power BI workspace could be added at the start while creating process mining or after analyzing the report.<\/li>\n<li>To add a workspace from the beginning, create a new process and give it an appropriate name.<\/li>\n<li>Once the process has been set up, you&#8217;ll need to select where to export
