In this blog post, we will explore a new feature introduced by Microsoft, that enables the effortless linking of activities with multiple records.<\/p>\n

With the introduction of this feature, the Activity<\/strong> records can now be linked to additional records such as Accounts<\/strong>, Contacts<\/strong>, Leads<\/strong>, Opportunities<\/strong>, and Users<\/strong> using the new party list attribute.<\/p>\n

Note<\/u><\/strong>: As this feature is currently in preview, it exclusively supports Email<\/strong> entity records at the moment.<\/p>\n

Now, let’s explore how to use this feature,<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to https:\/\/make.powerapps.com<\/a> and go to the Email<\/strong> entity where you will find the Related<\/strong> column present with PartyList<\/strong> datatype as shown below,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Go to the Email<\/strong> entity main form and add the Related<\/strong> column on the main form as shown below,<\/p>\n

    3. Now, you can associate one Email<\/strong> record with multiple records at the same time, below is the screen clip for reference,<\/p>\n

    The Email<\/strong> record will also appear on the Timeline<\/strong> of all the selected records in the Related<\/strong> column.<\/p>\n
