Introduction:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personalization have always been the way to go for better user adoption. Microsoft has been working hard to make most areas available for personalization. The latest in this path has been the ability to personalize the CRM Online login page.<\/p>\n

In case of an On-Premises install that has been configured for IFD, you could follow the steps explained in this blog<\/a> and it was also possible to customize the login page for Federated CRM Online experience.<\/p>\n

Here we touch upon personalizing the login form for CRM Online experience.<\/p>\n

Before Customizing the default Sign-in page looks as below<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span>\"Microsoft<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

You need an Azure Subscription activated for your tenant. If you don\u2019t have it then you can get it from here<\/a>. You need a Premium Azure AD subscription to be able to avail the customization option.\"Dynamics<\/a><\/p>\n

To customize the login screen, follow the steps explained below<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open Active Directory services in the Azure portal, to see screen as shown below. Here, click Configure<\/strong> selecting your organization.\"MS<\/a><\/p>\n

Here you will find the Customize Branding<\/strong> Option, Click it.<\/p>\n

Note: If you don\u2019t see this option, you are not subscribed the correct Azure plan.\"Customize<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

You will see the below screen. Move further to next page:\"Dynamics<\/a><\/p>\n

Then after that you will get the next window where you can select the images to be displayed:\"Customize<\/a><\/p>\n

Click next and then again select the Image. This image will be shown in the left hand side.\"sign<\/a><\/p>\n

After you do the above settings, you\u2019re done with the customizing the CRM Online login page. Now just open the Dynamics CRM URL in the Browser, you will see the updated Sign in Page<\/p>\n

Note<\/em><\/strong>: As this setting is done in the Azure Portal, so it will be applicable for all the Office 365 Apps, which you will try to sign in to use the same user account.<\/em><\/p>\n

In this way you can customize your Dynamics CRM & other Office 365 apps Sign-in page with your Own Brand.<\/p>\n
