With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, users have ability to change entity icon color as per their requirements. With this user can prioritize or personalize Dynamics CRM entities as per business requirements. For this user needs to follow below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to Settings–>Customizations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Navigate to entity you want to adjust the background icon color for. In this section user will find default icon color.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
