Recently, Microsoft announced one more powerful feature called email validation with the help of which a user trying to enter an invalid email id will not be allowed to do so within Dynamics 365.<\/p>\n<p>To enhance the sales processes, email is very useful for communicating with prospects. With an invalid email address, sales might lose the customer because promotional or informative emails may not reach the right person. Incorrect Syntax \u2013 Email addresses that have incorrect syntax<\/p>\n<p>2. Disposable domain \u2013 Email addresses that have an incorrect domain name<\/p>\n<p>3. Test or spam email addresses \u2013 Any idle email address or Email address that has an incorrect username, content, or format<\/p>\n<p>4. Expired email address \u2013 Email IDs that have expired<\/p>\n<p>5.
