With Voice of the Customer, we can easily set up surveys, distribute them to contacts via workflows, and capture responses. This captured data can be utilized for generating reports, and making appropriate changes to your product\/service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">User can take advantage of feature by installing <strong>Voice of the Customer <\/strong>solution. The Solution is available globally for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Follow the steps mentioned below to install the solution for CRM Online:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sign in to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com\/\">https:\/\/login.microsoftonline.com<\/a> with your Global Administrator or CRM System Administrator credentials.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Click <strong>Admin &gt; CRM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Manage all CRM Online instances <\/strong>page, select the instance to which you want to add the solution.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Solutions<\/strong>. Following screenshot is for your reference:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Voice-of-Customer-for-CRM-2016-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Voice-of-Customer-for-CRM-2016-1.png\" alt=\"Voice of Customer for CRM 2016\" width=\"494\" height=\"246\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Voice of the Customer <\/strong>solution, and then click <strong>Install<\/strong>. Proceed through Terms of service to accept the terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior Installation, <strong>Not Installed <\/strong>will be the status. When you click on <strong>Install<\/strong>, it will take few minutes to start installation and shows Status as <strong>Installation Pending<\/strong>. When the solution gets ready, status will change to <strong>Installed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Note: <\/em><\/strong><em>When a solution is installed, your CRM Online site is in maintenance mode and is offline for a short period of time. It is advisable to install the solution when least troublesome for users.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Enable Voice of the Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To start using service, users have to first enable the solution. For enabling it, navigate to solution in setting and click on the recently installed \u2018Voice of the Customer Solution\u2019. Click on the Configuration page, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Enable Voice of the Customer Solution. Find below screenshot for reference.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/VOC-cofiguration.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3275\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/VOC-cofiguration.png\" alt=\"VOC cofiguration\" width=\"593\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Configure Voice Of the Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the Voice of the Customer solution is successfully installed, a number of new navigation menu items will be created.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Configure-Voice-Of-the-Customer-3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3262\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Configure-Voice-Of-the-Customer-3.png\" alt=\"Configure Voice Of the Customer\" width=\"614\" height=\"173\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A default configuration record would have been created. It provides options to add pages, questions, ratings, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">User can design welcome page to reflect the message you would like your recipients to see upon first opening the survey.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/designer-8.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3266\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/designer-8.png\" alt=\"designer\" width=\"748\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After this user can add questions via the drag-and-drop editor. The user can double-click on questions on the form for more editing options.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/drag-n-drop-editor-9.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/drag-n-drop-editor-9.png\" alt=\"drag-n-drop editor\" width=\"1074\" height=\"393\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the users are done with all design part, they need to publish the survey record.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Dashboard:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here we can see the details regarding the Survey responses. User can see this statistical information by submission of feedback with Invitation link which is generated in Survey activity.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/dashboard-10.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3265\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/dashboard-10.png\" alt=\"dashboard\" width=\"652\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Creating Survey Activity\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A new custom activity has been created known as Survey Activity.\u00a0Navigate to an Account or a Contact record, and add a new Survey Activity.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Creating-Survey-Activity-11.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3264\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Creating-Survey-Activity-11.png\" alt=\"Creating Survey Activity\" width=\"599\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fill all related fields data of Survey activity and click on save.
