This basically is used to display the particular entity records to the portal user. For instance, if Dynamics CRM user wants to display the active cases records to the portal user, then CRM user will create a view to be displayed on the ADX portal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to display the views in the ADX portal we have to do below two tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Create the Entity List<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Create the Web Page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Create the Entity List<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>For creating the entity list, Go \u2192\u00a0Portals \u2192\u00a0Entity Lists and click on New button then following form will open. Here, enter the name and select Entity Name.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Create-the-Entity-List-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3256\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Create-the-Entity-List-1.png\" alt=\"Create the Entity List \" width=\"644\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once you select the entity name, then Views option will open. Here in views field, click on +View button, it will display the view list as shown in the screen shot.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Create-the-Entity-List-in-ADX-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3257\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Create-the-Entity-List-in-ADX-2.png\" alt=\"Create the Entity List in ADX \" width=\"644\" height=\"324\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select the view from the given look-up field as shown in the below screen shot and then save the record. You can add multiple views.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/New-entity-list-3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/New-entity-list-3.png\" alt=\"New entity list \" width=\"644\" height=\"330\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Also for the grid you can add filter as shown in below screen shot.
