In this blog, we will walk through the features of<strong> \u2018New Activity\u2019 <\/strong>dropdown that shows only relevant activities in the model-driven app.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Activity Dropdown to show only relevant activities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Initially, \u2018All activities\u2019 were being displayed in Dynamics 365 CRM irrespective of Model-Driven apps. But this new feature allows us to enable\/disable the Activities which are relevant to a particular Model-Driven app.<\/p>\n<p>This setting can be enabled for the environment by navigating to the <strong>Power Platform Admin Center<\/strong> i.e. <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com<\/a> as shown below:<\/p>\n<p>Environment -&gt; Settings -&gt; Features.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31325\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1activity-dropdown.jpeg\" alt=\"activity dropdown\" width=\"803\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1activity-dropdown.jpeg 803w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1activity-dropdown-300x105.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1activity-dropdown-768x270.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1activity-dropdown-660x232.jpeg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 803px) 100vw, 803px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After enabling the \u201c<strong>Activity Dropdown to show only relevant activities<\/strong>\u201d feature, user can see only those Activities which are enabled for current Model Driven Apps within \u201c<strong>New Activity<\/strong>\u201d button. Note that this feature only applies for New Activity button within <strong>related<\/strong> section for a particular record in CRM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to follow:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to one of the model-driven apps. Here we are considering the \u201c<strong>Customer Service Hub<\/strong>\u201d app and have opened one of the existing records. In order to access the Activities user will navigate to the related section and click on Activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please refer to the below screenshot for the same.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31324\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a;
