{"id":31156,"date":"2022-03-24T22:02:02","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T16:32:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/?p=31156"},"modified":"2022-03-24T22:02:02","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T16:32:02","slug":"sequence-stats-and-reshuffling-of-columns-in-sales-accelerator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2022\/03\/sequence-stats-and-reshuffling-of-columns-in-sales-accelerator\/","title":{"rendered":"Sequence Stats and Reshuffling of columns in Sales Accelerator"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Introduction:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recently in Dynamics 365 CRM 2022 release wave1, I came across new capabilities that are added in the Sequence grid.<\/p>\n<p>There are two capabilities that were recently added to help you better understand the sequence and user interactions.<\/p>\n<p>The new capabilities introduced are as below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u201c<strong>Sequence Stats<\/strong>\u201d: Used for comparing sequence performance statistics over a selected time frame.<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<strong>Edit Columns<\/strong>\u201d: Used for reshuffling the sequence grid columns.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In this blog, we will look into each of these newly introduced capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Sequence Stats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Firstly, verify that while setting up Sales accelerator the \u201cSales Acceleration Reporting PREVIEW\u201d is already enabled in your organization. If it has not been enabled yet then you can refer to previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2022\/02\/configuring-sales-acceleration-reporting-preview-feature-in-dynamics-365-ce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the Sales hub app, change the area and navigate to Sales Insights settings &#8211;&gt; Under Sales Accelerator &#8211;&gt; select Sequences.<\/p>\n<p>On Sequences page, you will find \u201cSequence Stats\u201d tab where you can view the data related to all the sequences present in your organization for a particular time frame (for e.g. as shown below \u201cLast 30 days\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31155\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Sales Accelerator\" width=\"1392\" height=\"558\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1.jpeg 1392w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1-300x120.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1-1024x410.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1-768x308.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1Sales-Accelerator-1-660x265.jpeg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1392px) 100vw, 1392px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeframe<\/strong>: There is drop down available at right most corner where you can select the desired value for which you want to view the data. Below are the timeframes available for selection. Once you select the value from it, the sequence grid gets refreshed to show the data for the selected timeframe.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31154\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; under \u201cSales Analytics\u201d &#8211;&gt; click on \u201cSales Acceleration Reports\u201d you will be navigated to the \u201cSequence Reporting\u201d page.<\/p>\n<p>Now filter for particular Sequence with Sequence name (e.g. New lead Nurturing) and you will observe a Metric chart named \u201cSequence status\u201d as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31152\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; Edit Columns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Previously there was no facility provided to change the columns place. For this, I can simply drag \u201cSuccess Rates\u201d and drop before \u201cTotal Records\u201d as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31147\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Sales Accelerator\" width=\"1433\" height=\"634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1.jpeg 1433w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1-300x133.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1-1024x453.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1-768x340.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/9Sales-Accelerator-1-660x292.jpeg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1433px) 100vw, 1433px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> As you can see in the above screenshot the changes in column placement that you performed earlier is reflected instantly\/real time in the sequence grid as highlighted above.<\/p>\n<p>At any time, if you want you can reset the changes by clicking on \u201cReset\u201d button shown on \u201cEdit Columns\u201d page.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conclusion: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As illustrated above, the stats feature of sequences provides detailed statistics of the performance such as the success rate and the total records in a particular timeframe.
