{"id":30261,"date":"2021-12-21T15:15:40","date_gmt":"2021-12-21T09:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/?p=30261"},"modified":"2021-12-21T15:15:40","modified_gmt":"2021-12-21T09:45:40","slug":"premium-auto-capture-in-dynamics-365-crm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2021\/12\/premium-auto-capture-in-dynamics-365-crm\/","title":{"rendered":"Premium Auto Capture in Dynamics 365 CRM"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In our previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2019\/11\/auto-capturing-emails-in-dynamics-365-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog<\/a>, we have explained how \u201cAuto Capture\u201d feature helps salespeople to keep their mails private unless users track them. \u201cPremium auto capture\u201d now supports capturing emails, meetings, and contacts from outlook with the help of activity and contacts suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>Premium auto capture not only tracks email suggestions like the previous Basic Auto Capture feature but also comes with more enhancements. In previous basic auto capture, we could only track email activity and after tracking the email activity, record gets generated and it is available for everyone. But in premium auto capture, we can edit\/delete the email suggestion before we track them in the system as an email activity record. With the help of premium auto capture feature, we can update \u201cRegarding\u201d of an activity suggestion and then Sync and connect this email suggestion, or track them so that the activity suggestion will appear as an activity record in the system. Also, if any user doesn\u2019t want to track the activity then the same can be removed from the activity suggestion before it tracks\/syncs in the system. This Premium auto capture feature is most useful for us to manage activity before it tracks in the system.<\/p>\n<p>For e.g. whenever any email received in outlook activity\/contact suggestion gets prompted to the corresponding contact\u2019s timeline from there you can do necessary actions which we have explained in this blog.<\/p>\n<p>In this blog, we are going to see how to enable \u201cPremium auto capture\u201d and how it works.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the below steps to enable this feature:<\/p>\n<p>1. Go to Sales Hub app select \u201cSales Insights Settings\u201d under Change area.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select Auto Capture under Productivity.<\/p>\n<p>3. As you can see in above screenshot, you can enable this feature for a specific Security role.<\/p>\n<p>5.
