If you add a custom field on the Entities, and you want the field value to be propagated to actuals, create the field on the Actuals entity, and use field mappings to copy the field from the Entities to the actual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Actuals are automatically generated when technician works on the Work Order by using some of the Work Order Products\/Services and posts the Work Order to generate the Invoices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This auto generated Actuals restrict the Work Order deletion in Dynamics 365 CRM, so in such scenarios when we are not required to maintain the Actuals \u201cGenerate Actuals\u201d setting can be disabled so that Actuals will be generated in CRM.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29799\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink.jpeg\" alt=\"Field Service for Dynamics 365\" width=\"1375\" height=\"734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink.jpeg 1375w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink-300x160.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink-1024x547.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink-768x410.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2Field-Service-for-Dynamics-365-ink-660x352.jpeg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1375px) 100vw, 1375px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Consider a scenario, where we have to Enable\/Disable Actuals generation related to Work Orders.
