How does the BatchGeoCode tool works?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please follow the below mentioned steps to geocode Microsoft Dynamics CRM records:<\/p>\n

  1. Extract the BatchGeoCode zip file as shown in the screenshot below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Run BatchGeocoding application file and fill the required details as shown below. Batch GeoCoding tool works on any of your CRM deployment models i.e. Dynamics CRM On-Premises, IFD, CRM Online and Office 365.<\/p>\n

    3. Click on\u00a0Next<\/strong> Here user can make selection whether they would like to run this tool for Geo-coding (Batch Geocode) or Territory Assignment. In this example, we have chosen Batch Geocode as shown below:<\/p>\n

    4. Please select the entity and view for which the user would like to run this tool. You can either choose to geo-code all of the records, or select the records from the table for geo-coding the records.<\/p>\n

    5. Since this is executed as a batch process in the background, enter the email address, if you would like the job results to be mailed to you.<\/p>\n
