They also introduced new features in the Customer voice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this blog, we will discuss one of the new features of customer voice i.e., Pause and Resume Customer Voice. Please find the Microsoft Document Link for the same:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/dynamics365-release-plan\/2021wave1\/customer-voice\/dynamics365-customer-voice\/pause-resume-survey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/dynamics365-release-plan\/2021wave1\/customer-voice\/dynamics365-customer-voice\/pause-resume-survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We recently came across a scenario where the client had a long feedback form for their customers. Here, it happened that the customers did not fill up all the details or just partially filled-up the survey and when they reopened the same survey link to finish the survey, it was found that the previously filled details were lost. To overcome this scenario, we checked new features and came across \u2018Pause and Resume Customer Voice\u2019 feature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By using this new feature, we can save the progress of the filled survey by enabling the \u201cSave survey progress\u201d option in the Customer Voice Survey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given below are the steps to enable the \u201cSave survey progress\u201d option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Step 1: Open <a href=\"https:\/\/customervoice.microsoft.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/customervoice.microsoft.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Step 2: Click on <strong>All Projects<\/strong> and open the Project if you have already created one. Otherwise, create a new project by clicking on the \u201cNew Project\u201d Button which is present on the right-hand side top corner, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Customer-Voice-Survey-2.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter justify;\">Step 3: Open Customer Voice Survey \/ create New Survey from Project and click on \u2018Send\u2019 tab, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><a justify;\">Step 4: Click on the Customization button to expand the customization tab and in that click on \u201cDistribution settings\u201d to open Distribution settings, as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><a justify;\">After enabling this setting, we can send the survey to the customer using email, link, embed, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Note: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em>After enabling \u201cSave survey Progress\u201d, it will save responses and if we disable this option then all the saved responses will be removed from those surveys which are yet to be submitted.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>As per the Microsoft document, the response will be saved only for 28 Days.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We can save the progress of the filled survey by enabling the \u201cSave survey progress\u201d option in the Customer
