We can enable the new schedule board interface by using \u201c<strong>New Schedule Board<\/strong>\u201d toggle button as shown in the below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28258 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template.png\" alt=\"Customize Booking Template\" width=\"1107\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template.png 1107w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template-300x104.png 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template-768x266.png 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template-1024x355.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3-Customize-Booking-Template-660x229.png 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1107px) 100vw, 1107px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We noticed that currently, we cannot change the tab setting on the schedule board for a particular tab on New Schedule Board, but we can update the <strong>Schedule Board Setting<\/strong> entity record in order to update the Booking Template details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For every tab created on the schedule board, there will have Schedule Board Setting entity record. So, navigate to the record with the same name as that of the Tab name on the Schedule Board. Please refer to the below screenshot for the same.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28259 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template.png\" alt=\"Customize Booking Template\" width=\"980\" height=\"484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template.png 980w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template-768x379.png 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/4-Customize-Booking-Template-660x326.png 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, in order to update the Booking Template Details on the Schedule Board we have to follow below mentioned steps.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>As we know we can enable more than an entity for scheduling on the schedule board, so for each entity, we have enabled <strong>Booking Setup Metadata <\/strong>entity record as shown in the below screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28260\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template.png\" alt=\"Customize Booking Template\" width=\"1275\" height=\"619\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template.png 1275w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template-300x146.png 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template-768x373.png 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template-1024x497.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/5-Customize-Booking-Template-660x320.png 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1275px) 100vw, 1275px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. On <strong>Schedule Board Setting<\/strong> entity record, we have to change the <strong>Settings<\/strong> from the <strong>Other<\/strong> tab in order to change the Booking Template details. Within the <strong>Settings, <\/strong>check for the Booking Setup Metadata Unique Identifier and change the \u201c<strong>SlotTemplate<\/strong>\u201d attribute data with the below-mentioned code within the JSON string. Once the record is saved with updated changes, navigate to the <strong>New Schedule Board<\/strong> tab, which displays the Booking details based on the updated setting.
