It not only improves the quality of the product by taking valuable feedback from customers but also enhance the productivity of the team by monitoring the feedback given by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>There are some new options available in Customer Voice that we thought you should know, they are listed below with explanations:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
