Here, you can see the below screenshot from Service management&gt;&gt;Service Configuration Settings<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26615 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements-1.png\" alt=\"SLA Pause and Resume Enhancements\" width=\"614\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements-1.png 614w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements-1-300x113.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But this option was only limited to the &#8220;Status Reason&#8221; column of any entity. If you wanted to pause and resume SLA based on any other OOB column or custom column, it wasn&#8217;t possible. So now with this 2020 Wave 2 release, Microsoft added the ability to configure with OOB and Custom columns as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, you can configure this feature at the SLA Item level instead of the entity. Suppose in one SLA Item you want to pause and resume SLA based on \u201cColumn 1\u201d and in the second SLA Item, you want to pause and resume SLA based on \u201cColumn 2\u201d, you can do this with a simple step.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You need to enable pause and resume while creating SLA Item. You can see the column \u201cAllow Pause and Resume\u201d and set the toggle to Yes. You can see the below screenshot for reference.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26616 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements.png\" alt=\"SLA Pause and Resume Enhancements\" width=\"645\" height=\"584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements.png 645w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2-SLA-Pause-and-Resume-Enhancements-300x272.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you enable it, you will see \u201cPause Configurations\u201d on the right side, below the success conditions section.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here, you also need to set the \u201cOverride Criteria\u201d toggle to \u201cYes\u201d.
