This helps you concentrate on things which deserve your attention. In the previous blog on \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2016\/01\/interactive-service-hub-dashboards-in-dynamics-crm\/\">Interactive Service Hub<\/a>\u2019, we guided you how to create custom Interactive type Dashboard for different entities. Here, we will explain how to use the OOB Interactive Dashboards.<\/p>\n<p>For the out of the box entities which are enabled for interactive experience, the OOB Interactive Dashboard (a dashboard of interactive experience type) is present as shown in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/clip_image002.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"clip_image002\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/clip_image002_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"OOB Interactive Dashboard in Dynamics CRM 2016\" width=\"630\" height=\"246\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The custom Interactive Dashboards created can be viewed under a separate Dashboard area as shown below.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/DashBoard-General.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2623\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/DashBoard-General.png\" alt=\"DashBoard General\" width=\"735\" height=\"319\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s take a look as how this dashboard can be accessed from the interactive service hub considering <b>\u2018Account\u2019<\/b> entity as the example.<\/p>\n<p>1. Once you have opened the interactive service hub, using the URL to access the interactive service hub you will see the view as shown below:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/HomeDash.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2624\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/HomeDash.png\" alt=\"HomeDash\" width=\"670\" height=\"458\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. In the above image you will see a small icon highlighted at the bottom left corner of the page.
