Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u201cSend Direct Email<\/strong>\u201d button allows to send an email to multiple recipients by using email templates. Also known as\u00a0direct<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0bulk<\/em>\u00a0emailing.\u00a0This feature was only available in Classic UI.<\/p>\n

Now, \u201cSend Direct Email<\/strong>\u201d button is also supported in Unified Interface. By default, the direct email feature is disabled. An administrator must enable the direct email feature.<\/p>\n

Enable Direct Send Email Button:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Click on Advanced Settings <\/strong>button.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Go to Setting<\/strong> > Administration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Open the System Settings<\/strong> dialog box.<\/p>\n

4. Navigate to \u201cEmail<\/strong>\u201d tab and enable the direct email feature by selecting\u00a0Yes<\/strong>for\u00a0Enable Send Direct Email Action in Unified Interface for Send Email enabled entities<\/strong>\u00a0on the\u00a0Email <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/em><\/strong> Above setting is not yet available in Power Platform admin center.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

To send email to multiple recipients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In the site map for the model-driven app, select an entity to which you want to send email. For example,\u00a0Contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the list of records, select the contacts you want to send an email to.<\/li>\n
  3. On the command bar, select\u00a0Send Direct Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. In the Send Email<\/strong>pane, select an email template from the\u00a0Template <\/strong>list.<\/p>\n
