For example, let\u2019s say you want to store documents related to Opportunity entity in your SharePoint site. For this, the first step is to enable document management for Opportunity entity, then select a folder structure based on either \u2018Account\u2019 or \u2018Contact\u2019 entity. Once it is done, the next step is Entity Configuration, where you have to duly populate the Folder Structure Field and save it.
