The new UI is called Unified Client Interface which is most commonly known as UCI.<\/p>\n<p>To be honest, the new UI is great, the load page time has improved as compared to the yesteryear UI. But, the simplest of things can get confusing if we don\u2019t know where to look for.<\/p>\n<p>Well! Even we were stuck with this same problem. It was just that we were looking in the wrong direction when the solution to the problem was right in front of us.<\/p>\n<p>Just recently, we were using Customer Service Hub App to access the Case entity.<\/p>\n<p>As shown in the below screenshot, we had multiple Business Process Flows on the Case entity.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22342\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/UCI-App.png\" alt=\"UCI App\" width=\"1086\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/UCI-App.png 577w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/UCI-App-300x120.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1086px) 100vw, 1086px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But when we clicked Switch, it was only showing one Business Process Flow.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22341\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2UCI-App.png\" alt=\"UCI App\" width=\"1165\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2UCI-App.png 572w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2UCI-App-300x108.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1165px) 100vw, 1165px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The solution to this is very simple, given that you are looking in the right direction.<\/p>\n<p>In order for the other Business Process Flow to show up, you need to just add those in the app.<\/p>\n<p>Now let\u2019s see how to do that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Edit the app where you\u2019d like to add Business Process Flows.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22340\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3UCI-App.png\" alt=\"UCI App\" width=\"1132\" height=\"592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3UCI-App.png 457w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3UCI-App-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1132px) 100vw, 1132px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Select Business Process Flows.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22339\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/4UCI-App.png\" alt=\"UCI App\" width=\"1168\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> On the right hand side, you will see the list of available Business Process Flows.
