System views, similar to Public views are automatically created by Dynamics 365 CRM on\u00a0installation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why we need to convert personal views to system views? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal view is only visible to the person who has saved the view unless it is shared or assigned. So, if you \u00a0are in a large organization and you are constantly sharing views to a large group of people, then it is good to actually make a system view.<\/p>\n<p>To convert personal views to system views follow the steps given below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: \u00a0<\/strong>Click on \u2018<strong>Advanced Find<\/strong>\u2019 as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21499\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/1How-to-Convert-Personal-View-to-System-View-in-Dynamics-365-CRM.jpg\" alt=\"How to Convert Personal View to System View in Dynamics 365 CRM\" width=\"1140\" height=\"178\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After clicking on it, choose the \u2018Look for\u2019 as entity name and add the conditions and download the fetch xml for the user view. Save it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Navigate to <strong>Settings <\/strong><strong>\u00e0<\/strong><strong> Solution<\/strong> and click on (<strong>+New<\/strong>) to create new solution and add the entity for which you want to create the view. In un-zip folder you will find the Customization.xml. Then in Customizations.xml file you will find the savedquery node.
