Further in this blog we would look into different scenarios with different booking methods and the ability to exceed or not to exceed max. In this way, the booking will exist and will not alarm the schedule board. And then, you can decide what to do with the proposed booking later.<\/p>\n<h2>Booking Method \u2013 Scenario 3:<\/h2>\n<p>Now keep \u2018<strong>Booking Status = Proposed<\/strong>\u2019 and \u2018<strong>Booking Method = Front Load Hours<\/strong>\u2019 and try to book for additional 8 hours (which is already booked with 3 hours) as shown in below screenshot:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21444\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a;
