Please follow below steps in order to use \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019 in Dynamics 365 Field Service.<\/p>\n
1<\/strong>. Sign in to the Dynamics 365<\/strong> and navigate to the Work Order<\/strong> (which you want to schedule) and click on \u2018Book\u2019 button (Placed on Ribbon Bar).<\/p>\n Please refer the below screenshot:<\/p>\n 2<\/strong>. Once the \u2018Book\u2019 button is clicked, it will navigate you to the \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019.<\/p>\n 3<\/strong>. On the \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019 you can select any Resource<\/strong> and provide the \u2018Start\u2019 and \u2018End\u2019 time for scheduling the Work<\/strong> Order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Please refer the below screenshot:<\/p>\n 4<\/strong>. You can follow the same process for scheduling same Work<\/strong> Order<\/strong> for different Resources<\/strong> and set same \u2018Start\u2019 & \u2018End\u2019 time.<\/p>\n Note: It won\u2019t allow you to schedule multiple Resource at a time, you will have to schedule each resource individually.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 5.
