But if you try to schedule <strong>Work Orders<\/strong> from <strong>Schedule Board<\/strong>, it will allow you to schedule one <strong>Work Order<\/strong> to only one \u2018Resource\u2019 or \u2018Crew\u2019 (i.e. Group of Resources) Out of the box. But if you want to schedule a <strong>Work Order<\/strong> for multiple <strong>Resources <\/strong>on same Date and Time then you can use \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019 of <strong>Dynamics 365 Field Service<\/strong> for easily scheduling <strong>Work Orders<\/strong> for multiple <strong>Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow below steps in order to use \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019 in Dynamics 365 Field Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>. Once the \u2018Book\u2019 button is clicked, it will navigate you to the \u2018Schedule Assistant\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>. You can follow the same process for scheduling same <strong>Work<\/strong> <strong>Order<\/strong> for different <strong>Resources<\/strong> and set same \u2018Start\u2019 &amp; \u2018End\u2019 time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Note: It won\u2019t allow you to schedule multiple Resource at a time, you will have to schedule each resource individually.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5.
