But only the emails of <strong>\u2018To\u2019<\/strong> and <strong>\u2018CC\u2019<\/strong> participants gets tracked in Dynamics 365 CRM. Next, let\u2019s go to Microsoft Outlook and select the Exchange folder for folder level tracking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Create a sub-folder inside the Inbox. If you select particular record as regarding then all the exchange emails gets tracked against that record.<\/p>\n<p>Now as per our requirement we have added only one folder mapping but you can add up to 25 folder mapping per user.<\/p>\n<p>This email synchronization runs every 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Now let\u2019s have a look at the below example:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>.
