In this blog, we will focus on one such error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently while I was logging in to Dynamics 365 Mobile App as a Salesperson, I got the below error:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20212\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"631\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_1-1.png 430w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_1-1-204x300.png 204w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 430px) 100vw, 430px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From the error it was quite obvious that this was some privilege issue. While checking through the security role of Salesperson I found that it is due to some missing privilege.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To resolve it, navigate to <strong>Settings-&gt;Security-&gt;Salesperson<\/strong> and click on Business Management tab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the tab you will find <strong>Privacy Related Privileges<\/strong> in which you will see <strong>Dynamics 365 for mobile<\/strong> privilege. Since this privilege was missing, I was not able to open the App.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20213\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1004\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_2-1.png 1004w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_2-1-300x97.png 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_2-1-768x249.png 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/blog_2-1-660x214.png 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1004px) 100vw, 1004px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A small overlooked missing privilege was the cause of this error.<\/p>\n<p>After I assigned the above privilege, there was no trouble in logging in to Dynamics 365 App from mobile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this way you can resolve the <strong>\u2018Tablet privileges required\u2019<\/strong> error easily.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction: There are times when one encounters some kind of errors while accessing Dynamics 365 CRM through mobile.
