This feature is useful to uniquely identify records.<\/p>\n<p>Latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/product\/apps\/microsoft-dynamics-365-field-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Field Service<\/a> upgrades introduced (version) of this feature independently for <strong>Field Service<\/strong> by configuring the settings from \u2018<strong>Field Service Setting<\/strong>\u2019 area.<\/p>\n<p>This blog will be the walkthrough for steps need to be performed in order to enable the auto numbering for field service entities.<\/p>\n<p>In the given scenario, there is a need to auto number the Work Order entity. The numbering for next work orders should start from 2001 with <strong>Field Service Auto numbering<\/strong>.
