To create sales literature in Dynamics CRM<\/p>\n<p>Go to \u2013 <strong>Sales \u2192<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Sales Literature <\/strong><strong>\u00e0New<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enter Title, Subject, Type, Expiration Date etc. Then after entering all the details save the record.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/sales-literature.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1843 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/sales-literature.png\" alt=\"sales literature\" width=\"575\" height=\"349\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you save the record then you can add sales attachment by clicking \u201cAdd Sales Attachment\u201d button in ribbon button area. Then new window will open as shown in the below screenshot.\u00a0 Enter the title, keywords and browse the file you want to attach.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/sales-literature1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1844 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/sales-literature1.png\" alt=\"Sales Literature in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"629\" height=\"411\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sending Sales Literature \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After creating sales literature we can send that sales literature by two ways.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sending from Dynamic CRM<\/li>\n<li>Sending from Outlook Client<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now we will see how to send sales literature one by one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. To send sales literature using outlook client first we need to install outlook client. After installation we can create our new mail and attached our sales literature attachment to that mail.
