{"id":15022,"date":"2019-03-11T12:00:55","date_gmt":"2019-03-11T12:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/?p=15022"},"modified":"2019-03-11T12:00:55","modified_gmt":"2019-03-11T12:00:55","slug":"events-and-reminders-in-resco-mobile-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2019\/03\/events-and-reminders-in-resco-mobile-app\/","title":{"rendered":"Events and Reminders in Resco Mobile App"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Resco Woodford provides many features one of which is, to be used by the technician by working on the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resco provides one of the features that user\/technician gets notified for any of the events from the Dynamics CRM in the latest version of the Woodford (11.3.1.0).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consider that user needs to be notified for the Bookings that are completed today from Resco mobile app. Below are the steps for configuring the reminders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to Resco Woodford for enabling the reminders for technicians\/users. Enable the reminders for Resco CRM from \u201c<strong>Configuration<\/strong>\u201d tab by setting \u201c<strong>Use Reminders<\/strong>\u201d as \u201c<strong>true<\/strong>\u201d(refer below screenshot for same).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15023\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1Events-and-Reminders-in-Resco-Mobile-App.png\" alt=\"Events and Reminders in Resco Mobile App\" width=\"1191\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Next step is to configure the appointment for reminder. Navigate to \u201cEvent &amp; Reminders\u201d tab &gt;&gt; click on \u201cnew\u201d &gt;&gt; Edit the event for \u201cBookable Resource Booking\u201d as shown in below screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15024\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2Events-and-Reminders-in-Resco-Mobile-App.png\" alt=\"Events and Reminders in Resco Mobile App\" width=\"1019\" height=\"496\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As we want only completed bookings need to be notified, so next step is to add filter to get reminder only for completed booking resource bookings.
