This control is available for Mobile, Tablet application and on the v9 version of D365 (UCI).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Linear Slider Control<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This control is used to represent field values in linear manner. To add value in this field user can slide towards left or right, right to increase the field value and slide toward left to decrease the value. To configure this control we need to provide Maximum, Minimum and Step value. We can add this control on the fields with type Whole number, Floating Point Number, Currency and Decimal Number.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Maximum Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Maximum value to display on control.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Minimum Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Minimum value to display on control.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Step Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Step value is a constant interval value, which is used to specify interval between the linear slider control values.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Example: If Step value is \u201c7\u201d, and we scroll linear control then the incremented or decremented difference between the values will be \u201c7\u201d, i.e. if we scroll towards right side then value will increases as 7, 14, 21, 28\u2026..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We can found this control on Field inside the form customizations as shown in below screen clip, here we are adding the control on \u201cNumber of Employees\u201d field of \u201cAccount\u201d entity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To add this control on Field, Select the field which we want to add this control i.e. here click on \u201cNumber of Employees\u201d field, click on \u201c<strong>Change Properties\u201d<\/strong> and then go to \u201cControl\u201d tab, the following window will gets open and then click on <strong>\u201cAdd Control\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14971\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1Mobile-Control-in-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-v9.0.png\" alt=\"Mobile Control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.0\" width=\"814\" height=\"925\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After clicking <strong>\u201cAdd Control\u201d<\/strong> it will shows list of controls which are introduced by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, then select <strong>\u201cLinear Slider\u201d<\/strong> control and click on <strong>\u201cAdd\u201d<\/strong> button as shown in below screen clip.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14972\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/5Mobile-Control-in-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-v9.0.png\" alt=\"Mobile Control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.0\" width=\"817\" height=\"703\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are two options to set values in configuration,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bind to a static value<\/strong> \u2013 Set maximum value statically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bind to a value on a field<\/strong> \u2013 To set maximum value use another field value.<\/p>\n<p>We can set Maximum, Minimum or Step values using any one the option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To set Maximum, Minimum or Step values as static value we need to select <strong>\u201cBind to static value\u201d<\/strong> radio button and then select the type of value and add value in textbox as minimum, maximum or step value<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14976 alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/6Mobile-Control-in-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-v9.0.png\" alt=\"Mobile Control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.0\" width=\"817\" height=\"703\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, to set Maximum, Minimum or Step values as another field value for that we need to select <strong>\u201cBind to value on a field\u201d<\/strong> radio button and then select the name of field which value we want to use as minimum, maximum or step value and then click on \u201cOK\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14977\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/7Mobile-Control-in-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-v9.0.png\" alt=\"Mobile Control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.0\" width=\"817\" height=\"703\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After setting Minimum, Maximum and step value Click on <strong>\u201cOK\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p>For Example: Here we are adding this control on \u201c<strong>Number of Employees<\/strong>\u201d field of \u201cAccount\u201d entity and setting values using \u201c<strong>Bind to static value<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/p>\n<p>So, for this Minimum Value will be \u201c2\u201d, Maximum value will be \u201c10000\u201d and Step value will be \u201c6\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>So, that the value of control will starts from 2 and ends on 10000 and get increases or decreases by interval of 6.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14978\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a;
