It is a feature within Dynamics 365 Field Service module.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schedule Board by default provides all schedulers with an \u201cInitial Public View\u201d that includes all resource types, territories and unscheduled work orders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Users have the ability to create their own tabs by bringing the data from the CRM views and also use them according to the needs. These tabs can be made public to all users or keep private for the user that created them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you create views within the Schedule Board, you can determine who can see your view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to see how you can determine the view, follow the below steps, Navigate to Field Service -&gt; Schedule Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12986\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/1Dynamics-365-Field-Service-Personal-View-and-Security-on-Schedule-Board1.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 Field Service Personal View and Security on Schedule Board\" width=\"969\" height=\"193\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After Clicking on the \u201c+\u201d tab, a below screen appears.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12981\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2Dynamics-365-Field-Service-Personal-View-and-Security-on-Schedule-Board.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 Field Service Personal View and Security on Schedule Board\" width=\"970\" height=\"463\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the above screenshot, you can see the field \u201cShare With\u201d which has three options as below<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everyone<\/li>\n<li>Just Me<\/li>\n<li>Specific People<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you create the new view, navigate to Advanced Find to share and set permission.<\/p>\n<p>Navigate to Advanced find and select the \u201cLook for:\u201d as \u201cSchedule Board Settings\u201d and click \u201cResults\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12982\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/3Dynamics-365-Field-Service-Personal-View-and-Security-on-Schedule-Board.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 Field Service Personal View and Security on Schedule Board\" width=\"966\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once the \u201cResults\u201d is clicked, you can see the record of the view you created in the Schedule board with Share Type<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12983\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/4Dynamics-365-Field-Service-Personal-View-and-Security-on-Schedule-Board.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 Field Service Personal View and Security on Schedule Board\" width=\"970\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Double click on the record you created in Schedule board settings. You can create the new tab and make them public or keep them private or share with specific people.
