This sub-grid work fine on web client but was not loading on mobile client. It shows the error as &#8211; \u201cError: Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: 0x-7ffa0df3\u201d, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12784\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/1Fixed-Issue-with-Dynamics-365-sub-grid-to-load-on-mobile-client.png\" alt=\"Fixed - Issue with Dynamics 365 sub grid to load on mobile client\" width=\"973\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have published all customization and updated the CRM app with new download, but still no luck<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resolution:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the start, we did not have the exact cause of this issue. Then after some research and play around we found a solution to this problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have changed the property of the sub-grid, and set another view as the default view of the sub-grid and published the form.
