While creating flow \u201cCreate Dynamics 365 Leads from an Excel table\u201d, we need to choose the media where our excel will be uploaded. As shown in the below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p>It provides below options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>OneDrive for Business<\/li>\n<li>OneDrive<\/li>\n<li>DropBox<\/li>\n<li>Active File Storage<\/li>\n<li>FTP<\/li>\n<li>Google Drive<\/li>\n<li>SFTP<\/li>\n<li>File System<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>4<\/strong>. Here we will select Google Drive, after selecting it, users need to sign in to Google Drive. Refer below screenshot for the same.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12417\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/flow.png\" alt=\"flow\" width=\"818\" height=\"511\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>5<\/strong>. Click on \u201cSign-in\u201d to connect with Google drive.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12418\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/flow1.png\" alt=\"flow1\" width=\"824\" height=\"515\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>6<\/strong>. After successful connection with Google Drive, the user can continue with creating the flow \u201cCreate Dynamics 365 Leads from an Excel table\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/flow3.png\" alt=\"flow3\" width=\"818\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft flow \u201cCreate Dynamics 365 Leads from an Excel table\u201d includes recurrence for creating Record in Dynamics 365. Recurrence setting in this flow determines after how many intervals the records will be created in CRM from Excel.\u00a0\u00a0Next Step is to specify the file name and table name of the excel file uploaded on google drive from which records will be retrieved in order to create in CRM.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/flow4.png\" alt=\"flow4\" width=\"825\" height=\"308\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>7<\/strong>. After creating a record in CRM, flow allows us to delete that row from Excel.
