Organizations use reports in their day to day work, and sometimes need to print the reports to present the hardcopy at meetings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reports have now received some significant enhancement in the latest release of Dynamics 365 v9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Print Report Option: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you run the reports in Dynamics 365 v9, you can now see the <em>\u2018Print\u2019<\/em> option on the right-hand side as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10849\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Reports-Enhancements-in-Dynamics-365-V9.0.png\" alt=\"Reports Enhancements in Dynamics 365 V9.0\" width=\"786\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Using the <em>Print<\/em> option, the user can directly print the reports in Dynamics 365 v9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let\u2019s create a Quote and click on Run Report. The Report would open and then click on Print as shown below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-10850\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Reports-Enhancements-in-Dynamics-365-V9.01.png\" alt=\"Reports Enhancements in Dynamics 365 V9.0\" width=\"775\" height=\"484\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After clicking on <em>Print<\/em>, a popup window appears that asks the user to select the <em>Page size<\/em> and <em>Page orientation <\/em>(<em>\u2018Portrait\u2019<\/em> or <em>\u2018Landscape\u2019)<\/em>. Once the desired <em>Page size<\/em> and <em>Page orientation<\/em> are selected, click on <em>Print<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-10852\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Reports-Enhancements-in-Dynamics-365-V9.02.png\" alt=\"Reports Enhancements in Dynamics 365 V9.0\" width=\"777\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After clicking on <em>Print, <\/em>the above screen will appear, and now you are ready to print the report directly instead of downloading it in PDF and then printing.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Save Report as PowerPoint option: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the <em>Print <\/em>option, the users can now save the reports as PowerPoint presentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To save the report as a PowerPoint presentation, the user simply needs to click on <em>\u2018Save as\u2019<\/em> option on the report, select <em>\u2018PowerPoint\u2019<\/em> and save the report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Reports-Enhancements-in-Dynamics-365-V9.03.png\" alt=\"Reports Enhancements in Dynamics 365 V9.0\" width=\"777\" height=\"271\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Quote report in PowerPoint would look as shown in the below screenshot;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-10854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Reports-Enhancements-in-Dynamics-365-V9.04.png\" alt=\"Reports Enhancements in Dynamics 365 V9.0\" width=\"770\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With these new additions, users can reduce the number of clicks and directly print the reports or save it as a PowerPoint presentation to effortlessly share the reports or present it in meetings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inogic.com\/product\/productivity-pack\/click-2-export-microsoft-dynamics-crm-reports\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10864 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Click2Export-banner.png\" alt=\"Click2Export banner\" width=\"800\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction: Reports are great for conveying information to those who may not have access to or don&#8217;t use the CRM system regularly.
