The way Field Services knows that the scripts were ran successfully during upgrade is by looking at the Field Service Database version.<\/p>\n<p>At times, the upgrade script fails for some reasons and the Database Version is not updated.<\/p>\n<p>And, this results in the <strong>Database Out of Sync<\/strong> error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recommended Solutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to resolve this issue, we need to undertake either of the below two approaches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Approach 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Navigate to Dynamics 365 Administration Center and check if you still get the option to upgrade the Field Service Solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>If yes, then go ahead and try reinstalling the latest version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If for some reasons, this approach doesn\u2019t work for you, then Approach 2 is the way to go.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Approach 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Navigate to Settings \u00e0 Solutions and try to locate <strong>FieldService_anchor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uninstall that solution. (<strong><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong> <em>Uninstalling this solution won\u2019t remove any of your Field Service entities.
