If you like to see those items then, during creation of record, you need to \u201cDouble Click\u201d on the lookup field.<\/p>\n<p>See the below example for details:<br \/>\u2022 Below we have shown the account form which has the lookup field \u201cParent Location\u201d and \u201cDisable most recently used items\u201d option is unchecked for this field as shown in below screen shot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-MdzAKhlaq58\/Tg3IOmcYYqI\/AAAAAAAAAyc\/yJmFpc0PUJg\/s1600\/1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-MdzAKhlaq58\/Tg3IOmcYYqI\/AAAAAAAAAyc\/yJmFpc0PUJg\/s400\/1.jpg\"><\/a><br \/>When you \u201cDouble Click\u201d on Parent location field it will show you the below result.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-wVoU0ip6YZc\/Tg3IfQTeCuI\/AAAAAAAAAyk\/krGLdrbKX0M\/s1600\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-wVoU0ip6YZc\/Tg3IfQTeCuI\/AAAAAAAAAyk\/krGLdrbKX0M\/s400\/2.jpg\"><\/a><br \/>To disable this feature you need to check the \u201cDisable most recently used items\u201d option then Save and publish the Form.
