In InoLink for QuickBooks Desktop, you have to manually change the &#8216;Link Status&#8217; to &#8216;To be Linked&#8217; to sync records from Dynamics 365\/CRM to QuickBooks Desktop as seen in the screenshot below;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5609 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1581.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"915\" height=\"477\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Once you click on the \u2018Promote\u2019 button, the Link Status will be updated to \u2018To be Linked&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5338 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1131.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"998\" height=\"520\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.<\/strong> This will initiate a Link Job in the background to be processed by the Service. A Link Job for this Account with the Link Status \u2018Queued\u2019 will be created<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5339 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1141.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"885\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5.<\/strong> If the Job is processed successfully, the Link Status is updated to <strong>Success<\/strong>. If there was an error while processing the job request, the Link Status is changed to <strong>Error<\/strong>. You can find the description of the error in the <strong>Error Description<\/strong> field on the Link Job.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5340 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/115.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"895\" height=\"392\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6.<\/strong> To unlink the record, just click on the \u2018Unlink\u2019 button in the ribbon bar. The \u2018Unlink\u2019 button is only available on the records that are already synced with QuickBooks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5341\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/116.png\" alt=\"116\" width=\"441\" height=\"331\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7.<\/strong>\u00a0All the details of the Account is synced as a Customer in QuickBooks as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5345 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1171.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"483\" height=\"412\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8.<\/strong>\u00a0Even the Contact associated with the Account is synced to QuickBooks as seen in the screenshots below;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5343\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/118.png\" alt=\"118\" width=\"943\" height=\"241\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5344\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/119.png\" alt=\"119\" width=\"1032\" height=\"246\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9.<\/strong>\u00a0Similarly, following the above steps, you can quickly schedule Jobs to sync Contacts, Products, Quotes, Orders and Invoices from Dynamics 365\/CRM to QuickBooks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">InoLink supports 3 products types i.e. Inventory, Non Inventory and Services type of products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">a. Also, in case if the user selects the product type other than the above mentioned 3 product types (Sales Inventory, Non Inventory and Services) then the product will be synced as a Service type in QuickBooks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">After syncing of products from Dynamics CRM to QuickBooks the products types looks like:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-12338\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Sync-Data-from-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-to-Intuit-QuickBooks4.png\" alt=\"Sync Data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Intuit QuickBooks\" width=\"878\" height=\"355\" \/><br \/>\nThere are 3 cases for Accounts\/Contacts that will help you to analyze and understand how the data will be replicated from Dynamics CRM to QuickBooks.<br \/>\n<strong>Case 1<\/strong> \u2013 Let\u2019s take an e.g. of an Account with <strong>Primary Contact<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThat <strong>Account<\/strong> in CRM when promoted will be synced and saved as a customer with the <strong>company<\/strong> details same as that of the account and <strong>first and last name<\/strong> same as that of the <strong>Primary Contact<\/strong> saved in CRM.<br \/>\nIn <strong>Dynamics CRM<\/strong> the Account looks like:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12339\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Sync-Data-from-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-to-Intuit-QuickBooks5.png\" alt=\"Sync Data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Intuit QuickBooks\" width=\"1362\" height=\"665\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>QuickBooks<\/strong> side the customer created looks like:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12340\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Sync-Data-from-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-to-Intuit-QuickBooks6.png\" alt=\"Sync Data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Intuit QuickBooks\" width=\"1364\" height=\"667\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Case 2<\/strong> &#8211; Let\u2019s take an e.g. If<strong> Account<\/strong> record has a <strong>Parent Account <\/strong>populated. Then this account will be treated as a sub customer in QuickBooks.
