After successful installation, it is important to connect Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks to allow InoLink to sync both applications seamlessly. After successfully installing InoLink on your system, you can now see<em><strong> &#8216;InoLink&#8217;<\/strong> <\/em>option in the installed programs as seen below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5159\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/11.png\" alt=\"11\" width=\"235\" height=\"486\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. Click on <em><strong>\u2018InoLink Settings\u2019<\/strong><\/em> to run the application and configure the behavior of InoLink integration.\u00a0The Connections window, you need to provide the QuickBooks and CRM details to connect both the systems;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>QuickBooks Settings (For OAuth 1.0)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12309\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Connecting-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Dynamics-CRM-and-Intuit-QuickBooks-Online2.png\" alt=\"Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM and Intuit QuickBooks Online\" width=\"1366\" height=\"726\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>. QuickBooks Details requires following details;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>1) OAuth Version<\/strong> &#8211; Select <strong>0<\/strong> from dropdown if your developer account has not created any apps until after <strong>July 17, 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>2) Country<\/strong> &#8211; You can select appropriate QuickBooks localized version from the list.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>3) Use Sandbox<\/strong> &#8211; Select False if you are connecting the QuickBooks Production environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>4) OAuth Consumer Key<\/strong> &#8211; Follow the steps mentioned below to obtain this key.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>5) OAuth Consumer Secret<\/strong> &#8211; Follow the steps noted below to get this key.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to obtain \u2018OAuth Consumer Key\u2019 and \u2018OAuth Consumer Secret\u2019:<\/strong><br \/>\na. Sign In to QuickBooks Developer Account by visiting <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.intuit.com\/%20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/developer.intuit.com\/<\/a> and enter your current QuickBooks credentials.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5162 aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/14.png\" alt=\"14\" width=\"1405\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Select company you need to connect. After authorizing, in <strong> Get OAuth 2.0 token auth code <\/strong>you will get <strong>Realm ID<\/strong> (Copy the key to input Text).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 180px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12324\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Connecting-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Dynamics-CRM-and-Intuit-QuickBooks-Online43.png\" alt=\"Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM and Intuit QuickBooks Online\" width=\"380\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now click on <strong>\u2018Get Token\u2019<\/strong>. In <strong>Refresh Access Token<\/strong> Section you will get <strong>Access Token<\/strong> <strong>and Refresh token<\/strong> (Copy the key to input Text).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 180px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12325\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Connecting-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Dynamics-CRM-and-Intuit-QuickBooks-Online44.png\" alt=\"Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM and Intuit QuickBooks Online\" width=\"385\" height=\"222\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you get all the keys use those in the connection window by filling the QuickBooks details and test the connection using connect button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5<\/strong>. The \u2018CRM Details\u2019 section requires following details;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deployment Model:<\/strong> Select the CRM deployment model. InoLink supports On-Premises, IFD, and Online deployments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CRM Server:<\/strong> Based on the CRM deployment model, enter the CRM Server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>URL:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Online\/365 \u2013 https:\/\/orgname.crm.dynamics.com<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">On-Premise \u2013 http:\/\/servername:port<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 IFD \u2013 https:\/\/orgname.domain.com<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Organization:<\/strong> This is needed only for On-Premise and IFD deployments. Enter the unique organization name as in Dynamics CRM\/365. To find the organization name, navigate to <strong>Settings &gt; Customizations &gt; Developer Resources &gt;<\/strong> copy the <strong>Unique Name <\/strong>as seen in the screenshot below;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 150px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12326\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Connecting-Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Dynamics-CRM-and-Intuit-QuickBooks-Online53.png\" alt=\"Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM and Intuit QuickBooks Online\" width=\"545\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Domain Name:<\/strong> This is needed only for On-Premise and IFD deployments. For Online deployment, this field is automatically disabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>User Name:<\/strong> User Name entered should be of the Dynamics CRM\/365 user with permissions to read\/write data to Dynamics CRM\/365. The username varies based on the deployment model;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Username Structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Online\/365 \u2013 user@&lt;organization&gt;.onmicrosoft.com<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0On-Premise \u2013 domain\\user<br \/>\nIFD \u2013 user@domain.com or domain\\user<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Password:<\/strong> Enter the valid password for your Dynamics CRM\/365, if you have enabled <strong>\u2018Multi-Factor Authentication\u2019<\/strong> in your CRM you have to use <strong>\u2018App password\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6<\/strong>. After entering the required details, click on \u2018Connect\u2019 to test the connection with Dynamics CRM\/365 and QuickBooks.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Note: If you are unable to connect and get an error, it might be because \u201cWindows Identity Foundation\u2019 is disabled. To enable it, follow the steps mentioned below;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a. On Windows 8 or higher<\/strong>: To enable the Windows Identity Foundation on Windows 8 and above machine, go to <strong>Control Panel &gt; Program and Features<\/strong> and click on <strong>\u2018Turn Windows features on or off\u2019<\/strong> and check \u2018Windows Identity Foundation\u2019 to enable it, as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 180px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5167\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/19.png\" alt=\"19\" width=\"370\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>b. On Windows 7 or lower<\/strong>: If you are on the Windows 7 or lower operating System, then you will find this under <em><strong>&#8216;Installed Updates&#8217;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5168\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/110.png\" alt=\"110\" width=\"997\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7<\/strong>. Once the connection is checked, and the credentials are verified, click on <strong>\u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> and you will be redirected to the QuickBooks Developer Page for authorization if you are having <strong>QuickBooks OAuth 1.0<\/strong> Follow the steps mentioned below to authorize InoLink to connect with QuickBooks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to Authorize Access from QuickBooks:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1<\/strong>. On the QuickBooks Developer Login Page, enter the credentials and log in as seen in the screenshot below;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5169\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/111.png\" alt=\"111\" width=\"884\" height=\"422\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. After signing in, select the company you wish to link with Dynamics 365\/CRM on the Company Selection Page as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5170\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/112.png\" alt=\"112\" width=\"840\" height=\"405\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3<\/strong>. After selecting the company, you will be redirected to the Authorization page. Click on <em><strong>&#8216;Authorize&#8217;<\/strong><\/em> button to authorize InoLink to connect with QuickBooks as seen in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5171\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/113.png\" alt=\"113\" width=\"829\" height=\"394\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4<\/strong>.
