In SharePoint Security Sync users can configure multiple connectors for SharePoint. For example SharePoint_1, SharePoint_2, SharePoint_3, etc. for different SharePoint sites. Follow below steps to configure the same:<\/p>\n

Navigate to SharePoint Security Sync <\/strong>App and then click \u2018Connector\u2019<\/strong> Entity. Next, click \u2018New\u2019<\/strong> to create a new \u2018Connector<\/strong>.\u2019\"\"<\/p>\n

<\/a>Configuring SharePoint Connector<\/h2>\n

a) Name: <\/strong>Give name to the connector.<\/p>\n

Connector Type<\/strong>: Choose SharePoint<\/strong> from the drop-down.<\/p>\n

Default Connector:<\/strong> If required, enable the checkbox to set SharePoint_1 as default connector.<\/p>\n

b) SharePoint Site:<\/strong> It is the location of SharePoint, where files and folders will be stored. Select the valid SharePoint site here.\"\"<\/p>\n

Note: User cannot reuse the same SharePoint site for each new connector. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

c) Auth-Type: <\/strong>Select the value \u2018Credential\u2019<\/strong> This indicates that Authetication with the connector is done through Credential.<\/p>\n

\"\"d)<\/strong> Credentials: <\/strong>It is mandatory to enter credentials in order to create a new Connector. Enter value for Id<\/strong> and Password\/Secret<\/strong>. Next authenticate the credentials.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Id and Password for SharePoint: <\/em><\/strong>In the Id <\/strong>field enter your username and in Password\/Secret<\/strong> field enter password. It can be your normal Dynamics 365 CRM credentials.<\/em><\/p>\n
