Announcement is created at organization level. These alerts are not dependant on any condition, view or record. They are independent alerts that can be viewed from anywhere in the CRM.<\/p>\n

To create Announcement go to Alerts4Dynamics App–><\/strong>Alerts–><\/strong>New<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Name: <\/strong>Enter suitable name for Alert.<\/li>\n
  2. Alert Type: <\/strong>Select Announcement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
