(This field appears only if Word Template is selected for CRM Report Template).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Under Schedule Details<\/strong> the user has to fill the following requirements.<\/p>\n Occurrence Pattern:<\/strong> Select any one option from \u2013 Daily, Weekly and Monthly<\/p>\n Start Time:<\/strong> Select the starting date and time to trigger the first export. Date and time should be current. Past date and time is not considered.<\/p>\n End by:<\/strong> Select the end date and time till when the report should be exported on a regular basis.<\/p>\n Interval:<\/strong> The interval period depends upon the occurrence pattern selected by the user.<\/p>\n a)<\/strong> In the below screenshot, Occurrence Pattern <\/strong>is set as Daily <\/strong>and Every X day(s) <\/strong>is set as 3<\/strong>. Here the first process will occur on 6th<\/sup> June 2019, at 5:30 and from there onwards every 3rd<\/sup> day<\/strong> till the End by<\/strong> date & time.<\/p>\n b)<\/strong> In the below screenshot, Occurrence Pattern<\/strong> is set as Weekly<\/strong> and Recur every X week(s)<\/strong> is set as 2<\/strong>. Here the first process will occur on the set Start Time.<\/strong> Next it will occur on the coming Tuesday<\/strong> and from there onwards every 2 weeks<\/strong> on Tuesday<\/strong>, till the End by<\/strong> date & time.<\/p>\n c)<\/strong> In below screenshot, Occurrence Pattern<\/strong> is set as Monthly<\/strong>, Day <\/strong>is set as 4<\/strong> and Of every X month(s)<\/strong> is set as 2<\/strong>. Here the first process will occur on the set Start Time<\/strong> and from there onwards 4th<\/sup><\/strong> day<\/strong> of every 2 months<\/strong>, till the End by<\/strong> date & time.<\/p>\n Fill the required fields and click on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 5)<\/strong> Next go to Send Notification<\/strong> Enable Notify on Failure<\/strong> checkbox and select sender and recipient(s) from the dropdown. This will ensure that an email is sent to notify recipient(s) about Schedule Reports<\/strong> process failure.
