Just like Click2Export enables you to export reports by creating report templates, it also gives you the ability to export Word files. For exporting word files you need to create word templates. By default with the solution it is set as <strong>PDF<\/strong>. With this option you can decide the default format in which the report would be exported.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19861\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/C2E-Info-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"967\" height=\"489\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/C2E-Info-2.png 967w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/C2E-Info-2-300x152.png 300w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/C2E-Info-2-768x388.png 768w, https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/C2E-Info-2-660x334.png 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 967px) 100vw, 967px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>From<\/strong> \u2013 The sender i.e. the person who wants to send the email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To<\/strong> \u2013 Recipient i.e. the person to whom the email is to be sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CC<\/strong> \u2013 Carbon Copy i.e. the person to whom you want to send copy of the email information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BCC<\/strong> \u2013 Blind Carbon Copy i.e. if you are sending the Copy and you do not want the other recipients to see that you sent it to the particular contact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Types of Email addresses to select<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Users<\/strong> \u2013 If you select Users then all the CRM users present in the environment will be enlisted from where you can choose desired recipient.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queue<\/strong> \u2013 If you select Queue then all the queues present in the environment will be enlisted from where you can choose desired recipient.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team<\/strong> \u2013 If you select Team then all the teams created in the environment will be enlisted while selecting the data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dynamics<\/strong> \u2013 e.g. if you have selected quote as an entity then all the lookup fields on quote which are allowed to send email will be enlisted while selecting the data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus after creating Word Template you can use them for exporting word files against single or multiple records.
